Berkeley Square Developments is a privately owned real estate development company, formed in 2012, we operate across a range of commercial, retail and residential sectors. We have secured over 1million sqft of planning permissions, including 750 new homes, 3 hotels, 175,000sqft of commercial and retail developments within Greater London.

Berkeley Square Developments have raised over £250million of external investment for the construction of our developments and a further £150million of future developments in our pipeline for delivery by the end of 2025. We are one of London’s leading Build to Rent developers, with over 480 new homes being delivered by 2023.

We invest our own funds into site assembly, planning, strategic investments and development. We are passionate about ensuring our developments support the wider regeneration of the places where we invest, promoting sustainable development, both in terms of the environmental and socio-economic impact. We work extensively with the local community to enable us to fully appreciate the local issues and opportunities, whilst appointing leading design professionals to establish high-quality buildings with innovative design that create exciting places to live and work.

Our team are involved throughout the development process – from site assembly and acquisition, tenant selection and negotiations, developing designs and securing planning permission through to financing and development delivery. We also manage and maintain those completed developments we retain, along with our existing portfolio of residential and retail schemes.

Berkeley Square Developments also provides Development Management services within strategic joint ventures, where our 20 years of development experience and passion for excellence can support successful project delivery.



We are currently actively looking to acquire further sites suitable for commercial and residential redevelopment, preferrably without the benefit of a planning permission.

We are specifically looking for the following:

  • Buildings that are vacant or have short term income which offer some form of active management or re-development potential

  • Brownfield sites, larger than 0.25acre within regeneration areas

  • Partially pre-let developments that require further equity support

  • Sites with the benefit of expired planning approvals
